Dancehall superstar Sean Paul has shed more light on the video he will star in that will premiere at the Video Music Awards, VMAs to be held at the UBS arena in New York on September 11, 2024.
Call the name Sean Paul, it has become synonymous with a 2 decade span of hits such as Gimme di light, Get Busy, Temperature, collaborations with massive industry players such as Beyonce, Jennifer Lopez and Will Smith, a Grammy, Latin American Music Award among a slew of other accolades.
Now the dancehall superstar has added yet another feather to his cap, as he has partnered with fast food giants Burger King to star in a short film to premiere at the VMAs in a few days.
In a music news exclusive, Sean Paul shed some light on the project; revealing that it will feature a performance of his hit song Temperature, which was nominated for ‘Best Dance Video’ at the VMAs in 2006.
He says this partnership and premiere will help push dancehall to pop levels.
Meanwhile, Sean Paul who is currently on tour in Canada performing before sold out arenas, says the experience has been great.
