Entertainer Gyptian is elated after his 2012 song ‘Wine Slow’ produced by Rvssian, was certified Silver in the United Kingdom.

More than ten years after its release, the song sold over 200,000 units in the UK, as measured by the Official Charts Company, and was issued the Brit Certified Silver Award on Friday (March 31) according to the British Phonographic Industry (BPI).

In a Music News exclusive, Gyptian says he’s feeling great, and thanked fans for their support.

This is not Gyptian’s first song to be certified in the UK. In 2010, his hit ‘Hold You’ was certified Platinum by the BPI after hitting sales of 600,000.

Hold You’ also earned a Gold certification in the United States for surpassing sales of 500,000.
