St. Catherine Municipal Corporation seeking to bring some order to goods delivery in Spanish Town
The St. Catherine Municipal Corporation will be seeking to bring some order to the delivery of goods in Spanish Town.
Deputy Mayor of Spanish Town, Ralston Wilson says the delivery trucks are preventing the smooth flow of traffic in the old capital.
He is calling for the regulation of the activity either by days or time of day and called on the police to provide assistance in this matter.
In response, Chairman of the Corporation Mayor Norman Scott says there are laws which address delivery of goods and he will be undertaking consultations on this issue.
They were speaking at Thursday’s meeting of the corporation.
