Son of Councillor Patrick Forrester among three people who remain hospitalized following car crash in Westmoreland
The son of Parish Councillor Patrick Forrester is among three people who remain hospitalized following a car crash in Westmoreland yesterday.
50-year-old Forrester of Shrewsbury District was a passenger in the vehicle which was being driven along the Barrack Main Road.
Reports are that at about 2:47 P.M., the driver of the white Toyota Corolla motorcar allegedly lost control of the vehicle and it crashed into an unfinished concrete house.
All occupants of the vehicle sustained injuries and were taken to the hospital.
The senior Forrester was pronounced dead.
Head of the Public Safety and Traffic Enforcement Branch (PSTEB), Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) Gary McKenzie says the condition of those hospitalized is considered serious.
