Second defendant pleads guilty to kidnapping and murder of 10-month-old Sarayah Paulwell and her mother Toshyna Patterson

A second defendant has pleaded guilty to the murder and kidnapping of Opposition lawmaker, Phillip Paulwell’s 10-month-old daughter Sarayah Paulwell and her mother 27-year-old Toshyna Patterson.

Roshane Miller pleaded guilty today in the Home Circuit Court to two counts of Conspiracy to Kidnap, two counts of Accessory before the fact to Murder and two counts of Misprision of Felony.

A similar plea was made by a male co-accused yesterday (October 26), who pleaded guilty in the Home Circuit Court to two counts of Murder and two counts of Kidnapping.

His name is being withheld for security reasons.

Both men will be sentenced on November 15.

Sarayah and her mother were reportedly taken away from their home on Gilmour Drive, in St Andrew on September 9.

Four people, including United States Naval Officer Leoda Bradshaw are charged with their murders.

It is alleged that Bradshaw conspired with three men to commit the murders and put out a half a million dollar contract for the act.
