Reggae Girls committed to task despite stand-off with JFF

Despite the current stand-off between the Jamaica Football Federation and the Reggae Girlz ahead of the upcoming FIFA Women’s World Cup…….the players remain committed to the task at hand .

That’s the assurance from head coach Lorne Donaldson….34 days before the start of the showpiece event in Australia and New Zealand.

Yesterday, the team blasted the JFF in a letter released on social media , where  they highlighted concerns regarding non-payment of contracted compensation packages, as well as the disorganization which led to them missing FIFA International match windows……despite previous assurances from the federation.

Speaking to Irie Fm sports on the issue Donaldson had this to say.

The Jamaicans will open their World Cup campaign against France in Sydney on July 23, before opposing Concacaf neighbors Panama in Perth on July 29, before wrapping up their group stage campaign against Brazil in Melbourne on the second of August.
