Reggae boyz Adrian Mariappa has signed a short-term deal with English League two outfit Salford City FC.

The 36 year old who had a recent spell in Australia……has had a distinguished career in the upper levels of the English Football pyramid with over 150 Premier league appearances and more than 200 in the championship.

This includes 340 appearances across two spells at Watford as well as stops in Crystal Palace, Reading and Bristol city.

Marriapa  two-time F.A Cup finalist has also made over 60 appearances at the international level for Jamaica.

He is currently with the Reggae Boyz preparing for their must win Concacaf nations league encounter against Mexico on Sunday and will link up with the Salford City squad next week following  his return.
