Public Procurement Commission launches new programme to evaluate performance of contractors and consultants  

The Public Procurement Commission has launched a new programme that will evaluate the performance of contractors and consultants, who participate in public procurement.

The Contractor and Consultant Performance Evaluation Programme (C-PEP) was launched yesterday.  

Speaking at the launch ceremony, Finance Minister Dr Nigel Clarke said the evaluation criteria are necessary for the purpose of contractors and consultants, to meet their obligations, accordingly.

The minister added that the evaluation criteria will be objective.

One function of C-PEP is that it will use a uniformed criteria across all ministries, departments and agencies.
