Police probing suspected suicide of 16-year-old at her home in St. James on Saturday
The Montego Bay police are probing the circumstances around the death of a teenager, who is believed to have committed suicide at her home in St. James on Saturday.
Dead is 16-year-old Kimora Williams of Dolphin Street, Bogue Village in the parish.
Reports are that about 12:30 P.M., Kimora’s father went to check on her after phone calls to her went unanswered.
Upon reaching home, Kimora was seen hanging from a grill with a cord around her neck.
The police were summoned and the teen was taken to the hospital where she was pronounced dead.
Investigations are ongoing.
