Three firearms were seized during a police-military operation on Sunrise Crescent, in St. Andrew this morning (December 18, 2023).

Head of the Constabulary’s Communications Unit, Senior Superintendent Stephanie Lindsay says the operation which got underway at 5 AM, was in response to recent robberies and shootings in the area.

SSP Lindsay notes that this morning’s joint operation signals the security force’s commitment, to reducing violent incidents in the community.
