Chairman of the St. Ann Municipal Corporation, Mayor Michael Belnavis has urged councillors to work together, for the growth of the parish.

He was speaking on Thursday afternoon at the swearing in of councillors at the corporation’s chambers.

Mr. Belnavis said many positive things were happening for the corporation at this time.

He added that if councillors work with the various stake holders everyone will benefit.

He is serving a second term as mayor following his resignation from the office in July 2020.

Councillor for the Gibraltor Division Cardell Wickham is the Deputy Mayor.

There are 16 councillors in St. Ann, five of whom are females.
