A series of police operations in Westmoreland resulted in the seizure of an M-16 rifle on Tuesday.

Head of the Police Division, Superintendent Othneil Dobson, provided details on the successful operation, noting that it is a significant blow to criminal activity within the parish.

He further emphasized the importance of residents’ continued collaboration with the police in the fight against crime.
