Luther Buchanan has resigned, as chairman of the People’s National Party’s Eastern Westmoreland constituency executive, effective Wednesday.

In confirming the resignation, PNP region 6 chairman Colin Hitchman, said Buchanan’s letter was submitted to the PNP‘s General Secretary on Tuesday.
He said the party’s constituency executive will discuss the issue and decide on which vice chairman would act temporarily, until the next regional meeting.
