I wish this on no one – Busby on difficult times

Newly reappointed head coach of the National Senior Women’s football team Hubert Busby, says having faith to see things through, was what he held on to after he was cleared by FIFA to continue his coaching responsibilities.

Busby, who previously led the team from 2020 to 2021, returns for his second stint after being cleared of allegations, following a FIFA investigation into unsavory media reports originating in Europe.

He will take charge of the Reggae Girls who will play Brazil in two international friendly games in the upcoming FIFA Match Window.

The former national goalkeeper admitted that he went through some difficult times.

Meantime, the first game against Brazil will be played in the city of Recife on June 1, while the second will be played in the city of Salvador on June 4.

The games will serve as Brazil’s last two warm up matches before the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris.

Busby says the management team is currently doing behind the scenes work in preparation for their visit to the South American country.
