Bank of Jamaica Governor Richard Byles says though the rate of inflation is within the target range, Jamaica still has work to do.

According to Governor Byles, Jamaica is not yet out of the woods where consumer price increases are concerned.

Nonetheless, he says the bank’s objective of anchoring inflation within the target range, remains top priority.

Governor Byles said the BOJ is projecting that the economy will experience growth in the coming months.
