Leoda Bradshaw and three others have officially been charged for murder and other offences in the disappearance of Toshyna Patterson and her 10 month old daughter Sarayah Paulwell.

Deputy Commissioner of Police Fitz Bailey gave an update on the case on Friday morning.

DCP Bailey said Bradshaw was charged with 2 counts of conspiracy to murder, 2 counts of conspiracy to kidnapping, 2 counts of kidnapping and 2 counts of murder.

Roland Lloyd Balford, 30 year old assistant Graphic Designer was charged with 2 counts of conspiracy to murder, 2 counts of conspiracy to kidnapping and misprison of felony.

Rushane Miller, 29 year old AC Technician was charged with 2 counts of conspiracy to murder, 2 counts of conspiracy to kidnapping and misprison of felony.

Richard Brown OC ‘Richie’, 31 year old graphic designer. He was charged with 2 counts of conspiracy to murder, 2 counts of conspiracy to kidnapping and 2 counts of kidnapping.

DCP Bailey said the case will be taken to the Supreme Court.
