Four people including a female have been arrested in relation to the seizure of 3 firearms in Parry Town, Ocho Rios St. Ann this morning.

Reports are that a joint police/military operation was conducted at two premises in the community at about 5:30 a.m.

During the search, a Springfield .45 pistol with a magazine containing thirty-three rounds and a Gamo Swarn Maxxim G2 air rifle were found at the first premises.

A Stoegor 9 millimetre semi-automatic pistol with a magazine and 87 rounds was found at the other premises.

The weapons were seized and the 4 individuals arrested.
