A fifteen-year-old St. Catherine student has been charged with murder following a stabbing incident along Eddison Boulevard, in Spanish on May 29.

Dead is 16-year-old Zavear Edwards.

Reports are that at about 8:00 PM Wednesday, Edwards the accused had an altercation. The fifteen-year-old allegedly used a sharp object to stab Edwards multiple times. Edwards died while undergoing treatment at the hospital.

His attacker was charged following a question-and-answer session in the presence of an attorney on Saturday. His identity is being withheld as he is a minor.
