Education Minister Dr. Dana Morris Dixon is urging school administrators to show leniency in the enforcement of the uniform policy for students impacted by Hurricane Melissa.

Dr. Morris Dixon was responding to concerns that some students have been locked out for improper or incomplete uniform.

She called on principals to be sensitive to the challenges students have experienced during the passage of the hurricane.

Dr. Morris Dixon was speaking at a press briefing yesterday.
