West indies player Deandra Dottin has been listed among the top players with  the highest base price ahead of the auction for the inaugural women’s Premier League in India. 

Dottin along with Harmanpreet Kaur, smriti Mandhana, Deepti Sharma, Alyssa Healy, Ellyse Perry, Sophie Ecclestone and Sophie Devine is listed among some 24 players – 14 overseas and 10 Indians –  at the highest base price of approximately us 60,400 dollars . 

A total of 409 players from 15 countries will go under the hammer at the inaugural when the auction is staged on February 13 in Mumbai. 

The Indian cricket board the BCCI said it had received a whopping 1,525 registrations, out of which 246 Indians and 163 overseas players made the final list.

Apart from India, the final list includes players from Australia, England, new Zealand, South Africa, West Indies, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Ireland, Zimbabwe, and also eight associate players from the UAE, Hong Kong, Thailand, Netherlands and USA.
