Classes at Frome Technical suspended as taxi operators who ply Grange Hill to Savanna-La-Mar route withdraw service
Classes at the Frome Technical High School in Westmoreland have been suspended as many students and teachers were unable to get to school.
Their commute was interrupted by taxi operators who withdrew their service in protest over the poor condition of the Grange Hill to Savanna-La-Mar roadway.
Acting Principal at the school, Dorrset Taylor told IRIE FM news that given the absence of several integral staff members and some students, she thought it prudent to dismiss school early.
