Citizens encouraged to have 72 hour storm ready kit
The Health Ministry is encouraging citizens, to have a 72-hour storm-ready-kit, in preparation for the passage of tropical storm Melissa.
Portfolio Minister Dr. Christopher Tufton, made the appeal at a special press briefing yesterday.
He stressed that it is essential that citizens stock up on items such as non-perishable food and water.
He also urged persons living with chronic diseases to ensure they have sufficient medications.
