Minister of Justice Delroy Chuck says Jamaica’s democracy is under threat, due to the emergence of misinformation and mischief on social media.

Speaking at, the Justices of the Peace Association, St Elizabeth Chapter’s, inaugural banquet awards ceremony, in

Manchester, recently, Mr Chuck said democracy is being abused online.

He accused bloggers of causing mischief and damaging people’s reputation.

He is urging people to be mindful of the information they post online.
