That is the declaration from Acting Commissioner of Customs, Dr. Kirk Benjamin, as he issued a stern warning to criminals and smugglers.Speaking with IRIE FM news, Commissioner Benjamin says the Jamaica Customs Agency has increased its rate of detection and narcotics seizures at the island's ports.
