Prime Minister Dr. Andrew Holness has acknowledged that the recent fatal shooting of Latoya Bulgin in St James has caused pain, anger and deep concern across Jamaica and beyond its borders.
Dr Holness commented on the incident today, noting that he has been deliberately silent until this point, because, as prime minister, he should not make statements that are not properly thought out.
