Information Minister Robert Morgan says Cabinet has approved a map for the proposed parish of Portmore.

The update comes amidst questions and concerns raised by the opposition regarding proposed boundary changes in Portmore and how this will impact the parliamentary process.

Speaking during Wednesday’s post-cabinet press briefing, Mr. Morgan noted that the approved map was prepared by the National Land Agency.

He said the next step is to bring it to parliament for approval.
