PM Holness hands over land titles to NHT applicants for lots at Friendship Oaks

Over a hundred persons were presented with the keys to their new homes or land titles to serviced lots in Goshen, St. Elizabeth, yesterday.

The National Housing Trust (NHT) completed units at Friendship Oaks housing development and the selected applicants were given the keys and titles during a handing over ceremony. 

Prime Minister Andrew Holness noted that home ownership is a legacy to be passed on from generation to generation to break the cycle of poverty.

Mr. Holness said several other housing developments are in the pipeline and urged more citizens to submit an application to the NHT.
