49 year old Wallace was killed, in Red Hills St. Andrew, on July 16.

It’s alleged that he was shot dead by 3 men believed to be cops.

Two cops, Corporal Miguel Ebanks and Constable Purcell Carter were charged in relation to the incident on August 2.

The third policeman had been listed as wanted in relation to the killing and had been arrested upon his return to Jamaica from the United States, recently.

His attorney Peter Champagnie, said he was charged on Friday (August 5).
