DJ Khaled has hinted at a collaboration with YG Marley, who has taken the world by storm with his hit song, ‘Praise Jah In The Moonlight’.
The lyrics “Running through a revolution. Running to a solution”, can be heard blaring from the speakers as DJ Khaled, YG Marley, his dad Rohan and his brother Nico, among others, vibe to the unreleased track in a video shared to DJ Khaled’s verified Instagram account on the weekend (March 26).
As a caption of the video, which gives fans a glimpse behind the scenes of a vibrant studio session, DJ Khaled wrote, “Running to a solution where dreams come to fruition YOUNG GONG! @ygmarley.”
The upcoming collaboration with DJ Khaled and YG Marley comes after the ‘We The Best’ hitmaker brought out the 22-year-old to perform his hit song at Club Liv in Miami last week.
YG Marley, the son of Lauren Hill and Rohan Marley and grandson of Reggae legend Bob Marley, continues to make waves internationally as ‘Praise Jah In The Moonlight’, currently sits at number 57 on the Billboard Hot 100 after being on the chart for seven weeks and peaking at number 34.
This feat makes YG the sixth member of the Marley family to hit the Billboard Hot 100 chart, after Bob Marley, Ziggy Marley, Ky-Mani Marley, Damian “Jr. Gong” Marley and Skip Marley.
