Minister of Local Government, Desmond McKenzie, is calling on vendors in Montego Bay St. James to adhere to market regulations.

Speaking at the St. James Municipal Corporation meeting on Thursday, Mr. McKenzie urged vendors and consumers to comply with established guidelines and help maintain public order.

Mr. McKenzie noted that one hundred million dollars has been allocated for the renovation of the Charles Gordon market.

He indicated that when the works are completed, vendors will have to use the facility.
