The funeral service for the late national youth player and St Andrew Technical footballer Omar Laing will be held on June 15 at the St. Andrew Technical auditorium on Spanish Town Road starting at 10am. 

Laing was tragically shot and killed on his birthday day in a drive-by shooting in his community, in Downtown Kingston on April 22 of this year. 

He played his last game for Staths in the Manning Cup semi-final where the Bumper Hall based institution went down to Kingston College. 

The former Cavalier player will be laid to rest at the Dovecot Memorial Park.
