The Health Ministry says it will suspend weekly reports on M-pox cases, as there has not been a confirmed case in the country, for the last 13 weeks.
In a twitter post on Monday, the ministry said it will only provide updates and reports, as necessary.
The latest M-pox report as at Sunday, February 12, also noted, that the death in the Mpox patient, that was previously under investigation, has been classified as coincidental.
This means, that the patient had M–pox, but died because of other causes.
There is no active case on the island, no one hospitalized with the virus, and no death under investigation.
