At least two schools disrupted due to reported bomb threats
Classes in at least two of the nation’s schools were disrupted this morning, due to reported bomb threats.
Students and staff at the Denbigh High School in Clarendon and the William Knibb Memorial High School in Trelawny were asked to evacuate the institutions to ensure their safety.
In providing an update to IRIE FM news, Education Minister, Fayval Williams said bomb squads have been deployed to the schools, and efforts are being made to ensure the safety of other institutions.
