Alleged double murder suspect fatally shot by cops in Manchester
An alleged suspect in Tuesday’s double murder in Bottom Albion, May Day, Manchester, was fatally shot by police in Newlands, this morning.
The suspect, whose identity has not been released, reportedly challenged the police in a shoot-out at about 5:30 a.m.
A man who resides at the premises where the incident occurred explained that the cops had first knocked at his door, in their search for the alleged suspect.
On Tuesday, gunmen opened fire at patrons at a bar in Bottom Albion, hitting 3 persons, 2 of them fatally.
Dead are 29-year-old Kenroy Stultz, otherwise called ‘Khalau’ or ‘Rasta, of Albion and 42-year-old Henry Brown, otherwise called ‘Ice Man’ of Barnstable, both in Manchester.
The third man was admitted at hospital for treatment.
Following the shooting, police imposed a curfew on the area.
It will expire at 6 o’clock tomorrow evening.
