Sunshine Girls among the nations confirmed for Glasgow 2026 Commonwealth Games
Jamaica’s Sunshine Girls have been named among the world’s top 12 nations confirmed for the Netball Competition at the upcoming Glasgow 2026 Commonwealth Games in Scotland .
The 23rd edition of the Games set for July 23 to August 2 will welcome 3,000 athletes from 74 nations and territories .
The other confirmed nations joining third ranked Jamaica in Glasgow include :Australia, England, Malawi, New Zealand, Northern Ireland, Scotland, South Africa, Tonga, Trinidad and Tobago, Uganda, and Wales.
The top 12 ranked netball nations in the world for the games, was determined by the World Netball World rankings on September 1, 2025.
The netball competition will take place from Saturday July 25 to August 2, 2026 in the iconic hydro, promising nine days of incredible sport, 38 matches and an electric atmosphere.
