The Men’s over 35 category is the new event added to the 2025 Levy Cheeks Swept Away Open Clay Court Tennis Championship, which runs from October 18-20 at the Couples Swept Away, in Negril. 

This new category on the programme will be staged for amateur competitors only . 

Competitors from Jamaica, the Caribbean, North America and Europe will compete in three categories over two days, in the Championship that carries a purse prize of over 1 million dollars. 

The winner of the feature Men’s Open for which Randy Phillips is defending champion, carries a top prize of three hundred thousand dollars, with the losing finalist pocketing one hundred and fifth thousand dollars. 

The champions of the Men’s Pro 35 will receive 120 thousand dollars, and sixty thousand dollars receing sixty thousand dollars. 

Other competitors in the Men’s Open include, Nicholas Gore, Marcus Malcolm, Dwayne Pagon and Davion Burrell.
