Tommi Gore targets strong finish in ADAC GT4 Germany finale at Hockenheim
Jamaican circuit racer Tommi Gore is back in action this weekend as the sixth and final round of the ADAC GT4 Germany Championship gets underway at the historic Hockenheimring in south-west Germany.
Gore, alongside his Israeli teammate Alon Gabbay, will once again represent the AVIA W&S Motorsport team. The pair head into the finale brimming with confidence after a stellar showing in Round 5 at the Red Bull Ring in Austria last month, where they claimed back-to-back second-place finishes.
That momentum has lifted the duo to eighth place in the overall standings with 86 points in the six-meet series. At the top of the leaderboard, Enrico Sponsel and Jay Mo Härtling continue to lead the pack on 161 points, holding a 20-point cushion over their nearest challengers.
This weekend’s programme began earlier today (Friday) Jamaica time with two practice sessions at Hockenheim. The competition intensifies on Saturday with qualifying and the first race, before the curtain comes down on the season with the final race on Sunday.
