Prime Minister Dr. Andrew Holness has again sought to assure that projects being undertaken across the island are aimed at improving the economy, as well as residents lives.

He made the statement at the Port Authority of Jamaica’s goundbreaking and project launch of the Caymanas Special Economic Zone, yesterday.

The Prime Minister was reacting to criticism that the projects do not cater to all citizens.

He noted that some citizens have questioned how their households will benefit from the initiatives.

In seeking to address the concerns, the Prime Minister reiterated that the projects provide jobs, with good salaries.
