Experienced international skaters Dale and Dave Oddman will lead  a 17 member local  delegation, to represent Jamaica at the 2025 Special Olympic World Winter Games.

The event runs from March 6 to 17 in Turin, Italy and will see Jamaica represented in Speed Track Skating and Floor ball. 

The Oddman siblings will compete in skating, while the floor ball team, includes Oshane Daley, Shavaani Wong, Coyou Allen and David Clarke. 

This marks Jamaica’s first appearance at the games since 2017, as the 2022 edition in Kazan, Russia was canceled in January 2023 due to the Russian invasion of Ukraine. 

Jamaica in the meantime will also be represented at the Special Olympic youth Summit in Italy, by Danna Milwood, Britany Martin, and Danellia Baker.
