Renowned Jamaican dancer Christina Nelson more popularly known as Dancing Rebel has mobilized the local entertainment industry to rally around 18-year-old Kaheil Lindo, who has been hospitalized since July 31 following a devastating bike accident.

Lindo who urgently requires life-saving surgery overseas to replace his damaged small intestines has taken to social media platforms in recent weeks to solicit help.

Rebel who saw Lindo’s plight joined forces with her friend social media personality TC, to amplify the call for support. The duo utilized their online presence to spread awareness on Lindo’s plight, garnering well needed help.

While on a TikTok live Rebel mobilized her cell phone and reached out to Recording artiste Valiant who pledged his support to the cause. The collective efforts of Rebel and  TC have yielded impressive results, with over $7,000 raised towards the $10,000 USD target.
