Former Reggae Boyz striker Ricardo Fuller has completed his graduation from the PFA Professional Player to Coach scheme in England.

The scheme, which is a joint programme from the Professional Football Association (PFA), Premier League and English Football League (EFL), is designed to increase the number of Black, South Asian and minority ethnic players who transition into full-time coaching roles in the professional game.

It provides up to six coaches per season with a 23-month intensive work placement at an EFL club, within the academy at a club or first team environment.

During their placement the coaches worked through an individualized learning and development programme that incorporated a variety of football functions including recruitment, analysis, administration, physical performance and conditioning and coaching different age groups.

The former Tivoli Gardens striker, who is a part of the third batch of graduates from the Professional Player to Coach scheme which began in the 2020-2021 season, completed his 23-month placement at his former stomping ground, Stoke City, where he worked with their academy.

Fuller earned 72 international caps for Jamaica and scored 134 goals while representing 14 different clubs during a career that lasted 20 years.
