Three men died of  injuries they sustained in a two vehicle collision along the Haywood Hall main road in St. Mary, this morning.

Dead are 54 year old Johnnie Walker of Dean Pen, 22 year Daviere Anderson of Fraser Hill, Highgate and 42 year old Donovan Bell otherwise called Brown Man of Top Albany Islington, all in St. Mary.

Reports are that at about 2:40am Walker was driving a Honda Stream motor car along the roadway when he lost control of the vehicle which collided with a Toyota Corolla motor car in which Anderson and Bell were occupants.

The three  men were taken to hospital where they were pronounced dead.

Meantime, Vice Chairman of the National Road Safety Council, Dr. Lucien Jones says the latest road deaths push this year’s tally to 325.

He is reminding persons to be cautious on the nation’s roads, especially as the busy Christmas season approaches.
