The 48 hour curfew that was imposed in sections of Cassava Piece, Kingston 8 on Thursday, will be extended.

The curfew initially slated to end at 6 this evening will run until 6am on Monday.

The boundaries cover Grosvenor Heights, Grosvenor Terrace, Constant Spring Road, Clifton Boulevard, Mannings Hill Road, Glen Drive, and Cassava Piece Road.

During the curfew, all persons within its boundaries are to remain within their premises, unless authorized by the ground commander.
