A painting of IRIE FM’s DJ Smurf by artist Andy Ballentine was included in the Caribbean American Heritage Month Timeless Passion Art Exhibition at the Miramar Cultural Center last night (June 13).

Andy Ballentine told Music News that the piece, created during a live event while DJ Smurf was performing, was selected from his collection for the exhibition.

DJ Smurf expressed his appreciation, stating he is grateful for the recognition, the experience, and the knowledge gained from the exhibition.

The Timeless Passion Art Exhibition is part of the City of Miramar’s month-long Caribbean-American Heritage Month events, celebrating the Caribbean’s rich heritage.
