The Tourism Workers Pension Fund now has over 3 billion dollars. 

The update was given by Portfolio Minister Edmund Bartlett in his sectoral debate contribution in Parliament today.  

Mr. Bartlett said over 9000  tourism workers are registered in the pension scheme.

He noted that any worker who contributes over 30% of his effort to tourism is eligible to join the scheme. 

The Minster added that the fund will also allow for more investment opportunities.
