Two firearms were also seized.
Head of the St. Elizabeth Police, Acting Superintendent Coleridge Minto said the seizures and arrests were made after several premises were searched.
Meanwhile, Prime Minister Andrew Holness says the strongest possible measures will be employed in St. Elizabeth to curb the growing crime problem.
His assurance follows a series of criminal activities in the parish recently.
