11 arrested, over $1M worth of items seized in St Ann’s Bay
11 people were arrested and more than $1 million worth of items seized following a number of operations in st. Ann’s bay, on Saturday.
Acting head of the St. Ann police division, Superintendent David white, told Irie Fm news, that the gated community of Richmond was among the areas targeted in the operations which lasted for around 12 hours.
The other areas include the Windsor community and the St. Ann’s Bay market.
Superintendent White disclosed that a number of cell phones and other electronic devices were seized during the raid which was conducted in line with “Operation Leviticus”, which was launched weeks ago, to restore order in the parish.
