Jamaica has been drawn in pool d’ of the men’s Seven’s rugby competition at the upcoming Commonwealth Games in Birmingham England. 

The Jamaicans are down to tackle Australia, Kenya and Uganda in their pool. 

The men’s sevens rugby will take place between July 29 and 31 at Coventry stadium.

The black green and gold standard bearers will open their campaign on July 29 against Australia, before tackling Uganda a day later, then close out their schedule against Kenya on July 31. 

Host England will be drawn in Pool a’ will meet Samoa, Sri-Lanka, and New Zealand. 

Sixteen teams will contest the men’s gold medal in all, with eight in the women’s event.
