Lottery scam disputes increase murders in St Elizabeth
Disputes between alleged lottery scammers have been driving up murders in St. Elizabeth.
That’s according to head of the St Elizabeth police division, Superintendent Dwight Daley.
Speaking at a Justice Ministry alternative dispute resolution training session yesterday, Superintendent Daley noted that disputes in all segments of the society are leading to crime and violence.
He noted that this is true even among scammers.
Superintendent Daley added that all citizens must come together to tackle the issue.
