The initiative  which  delivers direct financial  support to grooms through a series of grants tied to race performance during  grooms appreciation month at the park  in March .

During the designated race period of March 14 to March 28, 2026, each winning groom will receive a grant of $15,000. 

The grant recognizes and rewards the indispensable role grooms play in preparing horses for competition.

meanwhile  in a special tribute on grooms association day scheduled for March 28, there will be  additional grants. 

The best dressed groom will receive a JMD$10,000 grant and the groom of the best-presented horse on race day will also receive a $10,000 grant.
